Ordering from Kidzilo is easy. Simply add your favorite products to the cart, enter your delivery details, and complete the checkout process.

Please make sure your contact information and delivery address are correct before placing your order. Incorrect details may cause delays.

We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, we'll begin preparing it for dispatch.

In rare situations, a product may become unavailable or there may be an issue with your order. If that happens, our team will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or process a cancellation if needed.

3. Pricing

We do our best to ensure all prices on our website are accurate and up to date.

In the event of a pricing error, Kidzilo reserves the right to cancel or update the order after informing the customer.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, although deliveries may take slightly longer during public holidays, sale events, or due to courier delays.

5. Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable unless additional shipping charges are clearly mentioned before placing your order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
